Dear Parents,

We need to be very sensitive about the situation we live in today. Monitor your children’s activities. Spend quality time with them. It’s an opportunity that can bring in a lot of positivity and good health in our families. Set for them good examples. Show care and concern for those in need around us also, specially the underprivileged. Help your child/children to begin the day with 10 minutes of family prayer time. Exercise, meditate, do Vipassana and Yoga to keep the mind and body healthy and relaxed.

Soon we’ll move into the summer break. When we return to our classes, hopefully very soon, we’ll have emerged as strong citizens of a very fine Nation.
